At J & S New York Pizza, we’re proud to be a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant serving the Apex and Fuquay-Varina communities since 1995. We specialize in authentic New York–style pizza along with homemade Italian favorites, hot and cold subs, and both traditional and boneless chicken wings.
Freshness is at the heart of everything we do. Our dough and pizza sauce are made fresh daily, and our pasta sauces are prepared from scratch with every order. Along with great food, we offer a selection of beer and wine, and each location features a full bar with handcrafted cocktails. Where it all began...
Italian food is in the blood of our owners, Silvio and Josephine Cammarata, natives of Sicily, Italy. They came to the United States many years ago in search of a better life and built a wonderful family along the way. Their journey in the restaurant business began in 1980 when they purchased their first pizzeria in Brooklyn, New York. In 1989, they continued their journey by opening another restaurant in Kingston, New York. Then in 1995, they made the move to Apex, North Carolina and opened J & S New York Pizza. Their three children—Philip, Ven, and Lori—joined the family business and helped build the restaurant into a local favorite. In 2007, the family expanded with a second location in Fuquay-Varina. Today, the Cammarata tradition continues with the next generation, as even the grandchildren work alongside the family, proudly serving the same homemade pizzas and Italian dishes the community has loved for years.
